Leading the Way in Alternative Fuels
The ReMM Group is pivotal in transforming hard-to-recycle materials into alternative fuels, reducing landfill waste, and advancing sustainability. Discover how we address complex waste streams with innovative solutions.
Automotive Plastics
Automotive plastics, such as those found in car dashboards, bumpers, and other components, are difficult to recycle due to their complex composition and the presence of various additives and coatings. Instead of being sent to landfills, these materials can be processed into alternative fuels, which help offset the need for traditional fossil fuels in industrial processes.
Passenger Tires
Used passenger tires are another challenging waste stream due to their durability and the difficulty of recycling them into new products. ReMM contributes by converting tires into alternative fuels, often through processes like tire pyrolysis, which breaks down the tires into oil, gas, and carbon black that can be used in energy production.
Contaminated Plastics
Plastics that are contaminated with oils, food residue, or other substances are often unsuitable for conventional recycling. ReMM can convert these contaminated plastics into energy through processes such as pyrolysis, a type of thermal decomposition that breaks down plastics into fuel-like substances.
Multilaminate Packaging
Multi-layered packaging films, often used for food packaging or consumer goods, are notoriously difficult to recycle due to the multiple layers of different materials such as plastics, foils, and paper. These films often cannot be separated into individual recyclable components. However, ReMM processes these films into alternative fuels that can be utilized in energy generation, reducing the amount that ends up in landfills.
Through these methods, ReMM helps to divert waste from landfills and contributes to a circular economy by turning hard-to-recycle materials into useful energy sources. This approach not only reduces environmental impact but also supports energy needs in a more sustainable way.
Pioneering Glass Recycling for a Sustainable Future
ReMM Group drives the circular economy by sourcing and recycling scrap glass, reducing the need for raw materials and conserving energy. Our efforts lower the environmental impact of glass production, fostering a greener future.
Sourcing Scrap Glass
Collecting used glass from various sources, including bottles, jars, windows, and other glass products.
Recycling Process
The scrap glass is cleaned, sorted, and melted down to produce new products.
Reducing Environmental Impact
By reusing glass, they help prevent the waste of valuable resources and reduce the need for energy-intensive production processes.
